What Constelios Does

Constelios is an astrological compatibility and synastry analysis platform. We use precise astronomical calculations and AI-powered interpretation to generate birth charts, synastry reports, and relationship insights.

Constelios is for entertainment and personal reflection only. Our analyses are not professional advice -- medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise. Do not make life decisions based solely on astrological readings.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and using our services. Birth chart calculations depend on the accuracy of the data you provide (date, time, and place of birth).

Purchases and Refund Policy

All purchases on Constelios are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase a premium feature (such as a Profound Birth Chart or synastry credits), you receive immediate access to digital content generated specifically for you. Because this content is personalized and delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds.

Before completing a purchase, you will see exactly what you are buying and its price. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Data Deletion and Refunds

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through our contact page.

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund. Purchased content was generated and delivered at the time of purchase. The decision to delete your data afterward does not reverse that transaction.

Content and Intellectual Property

The astrological analyses, reports, and interpretations generated by Constelios are created using our proprietary algorithms and AI systems. While you may use your personal reports for private purposes, you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

All trademarks, logos, and branding elements belong to 97signals, LLC.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Constelios for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems
Submit false or misleading information
Resell or redistribute content generated by our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Constelios available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 97signals, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Constelios.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Constelios after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
