Your Privacy Matters
At Constelios, we believe your personal data belongs to you -- and only you. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
The short version: We collect only what we need to generate your astrological analyses. We never sell your data. We never share it for marketing. You can request deletion at any time.
What Data We Collect
Account Information
- Email address (for authentication and communication)
- Display name (optional)
Birth Data
- Date of birth
- Time of birth
- Place of birth (city-level coordinates)
We need this information to calculate accurate astrological charts. Coordinates are rounded to city level -- we never store precise addresses.
Payment Information
- Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Usage Data
- We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how people use Constelios and improve the experience. This includes page views, feature usage, and general interaction patterns. We do not track you across other websites.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data for one purpose: to provide you with astrological analyses.
Specifically:
- Birth data is used to calculate your natal chart and synastry reports
- Email is used for account access and essential service communications
- Analytics data helps us improve the product
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build marketing profiles. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Data Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with the following protections:
- Encryption in transit -- all data transmitted between your browser and our servers uses TLS encryption
- Encryption at rest -- database storage is encrypted
- Row-Level Security -- database policies ensure you can only access your own data
- Authentication -- session-based authentication with secure cookie handling
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% immune to breaches. We will notify affected users promptly if a security incident occurs.
Your Right to Delete Your Data
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through our contact page.
When you request deletion:
- Your account and profile are permanently removed
- Your birth chart data is permanently deleted
- Your synastry reports are permanently deleted
- This action is irreversible
Data deletion does not entitle you to a refund for past purchases. Content you purchased was generated and delivered at the time of the transaction. See our Terms of Service for details.

Cookies
Constelios uses a minimal number of cookies:

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Children's Privacy
Constelios is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
International Data
Constelios is operated from the United States. If you access our service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Constelios, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
